Friendly and helpful staff, quaint decor, a lot of facilities, reasonable net connection, food stores and markets near by. Towels, soap, cable TV included. Reception staffed 24/7.

Stay there since 2 years every single time. one of the most friendly staff. the cleaning girls are extremely great and even you leave 100 peso on the bed as a tip, they dont take it, due to the fact it can happen that you just lost it. bring some chocolate for the girls, they like it :-)

ENTIRE employees is friendly and helpful. Although the location isn't inside the middle of anything key there are many Jeepneys, tricycles or cabs inside a block that will get you nearly anywhere in Metro Manila. Owner will even print out directions for you. Room has free wifi, a refrigerator, kitchen sink and dishes utensils provided. Roomcleaner s even do your dishes! In case you are lazy to take a jeepney for some thing to eat there are vendors selling fresh fruits and vegetables, a small store with sundries and cold drinks and various 'open air' restaurants all inside a block
