The hotel is in a nice old colonial building, with some large communal spaces. We stayed over a long weekend so the street was really quiet, compared to local streets the one home to Casa seemed to have a few less hustlers and street kids. No cost Wireless but only inside the communal areas, not in rooms. Buy one coffee as well as the cup becomes bottomless.

Safety is a concern for those not familiar with Manila. This placewas off the street with a guard at the drive. Everything was fantastic and you can walk to shopping and night life. Quick ride to airport also.

Located near to Roxas blvd, Intramuros and shopping malls. But surrounding streets are full of homeless beggars and does not feel very safe. It&'s not as &"luxury, charming, cozy and serene&" as they describe themselves. Just clean, and exceptional located and affordable hotel.
