Really lovely location with character and fab atmosphere. Employees were extremely welcoming and helpful, booking tours for us from reception. Superb location - right in the middle of Krakow with all of the city center inside walking distance and significant attractions like salt mines and Auschwitz easily accessible as tours pick up from outside the hostel. Very clean and secure hostel with lockers in dorms for everyone. Fantastic breakfast for no cost - includes pancakes! Well-equipped kitchen. 4 computers obtainable to use and nice lounge area. Really enjoyed stay at Mama&'s and would definitely recommend.

All staff are really helpful and friendly, this made me feel like home during my stay at Mama&'s Hostel. I think, that is why this hostel is called Mama&'s Hostel. It is the Primary Market Square, that means it is really close to every single spot you desire to go inside the city center. It is really safe and clean hostel. Each day the hostel staff prepares some local food or drink for the travelers. Each day there is an event inside the hostel which makes you feel better and meet with other travellers who stay inside the hostel. All in all it is definitely worth staying in and a must stay hostel.

The staff were extremely friendly. I liked the fact they organised activities each night. I especially enjoyed movie night as it was a exceptional way to unwind following a long day.

Great spot to stay in Krakow, location couldnt get any better. Hostel had a friendly environment and employees were great. Very good for party and time to relax with a movie. They cooked food for visitors and had activities like Vodka tasting each night. Loved it

The kitchen facilities are really good, at the same time as the location (very central), as nicely as the staff are lovely! Each night they have something on, which was no cost alcohol when we stayed! And cake the next! Definitely recommend.
