The staff are really helpful and friendly. The location is super, right close to the square. The hostel also has a great common location and kitchen, with a laundry washing machine and a location to sit, read, watch television, or make a cup of tea.

The staff was really helpful when I asked them to discover the directions on how to get to the airport with public transportation. They also offered to coordinate with other visitors a taxi so we could help cut down the costs. The rooms were spatious and although the no cost breakfast was a bit small, it still got me going inside the morning (though I am used to American size breakfast, by Italian standards it was more than sufficient).

Everything, new and clean, massive breakfast, no cost wireless no cost laundry, even the powder! tv, etc, best helpfull staff, many thanks peter for all your help, also carolina, you guys are the best. cant fault the place, so good

I thought this hostel was really great, everything seems really new, staff are friendly, breakfast was good, they have Wi-Fi.

The employees was really friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, tidy, and ready in a timely fashion, the location was great, and the free breakfast, water, and laundry washing was awesome!

Very superb location, just 5 minute walk from the Main Square. Clean and quiet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Really helpful staff, fantastic location, really nicely done out. Not that several bath rooms but it was not that full when I stayed. Directions from the airport are perfect and really effortless to use public transport to get there.
