Sadly we had xa3;300 stolen from our room (most likely the cleaner) which was denied. Our stay was totally ruined. How numerous other guests have had this happen to them DO NOT stay there if you have money or valuables!

Excellent low-budget choice for someone who needs somewhere to stay for a night or two. Price includes a delicious cooked breakfast choice obtainable in their bar/restaurant nearby included inside the price. Handy also for any coach or train journeys.

This hotel has a great location. It&'s near to main train station and city centre but I have got confused trying to locate it, due to the fact hotel&'s loction was advertised as near bus station and nobody mentioned that it&'s exactly in the main bus station itself. The room was clean but really dark ( no window in the room) and had a bad smell of cigaretts. I&'ve also found my room really cold as it has roof fire exit in the room. I can&'t say anything about breakfast cause I hadn&'t eaten it. Employees was nice and friendly. In my opinion this hotel is ok for one nigth stay, but I wouldn&'t recommend it for longer stay.

The location is extremely great especially in case you use trains, bus, coaches, trams. You reach the Rynek in about 20 minutes walking. The sheets are extremely shorts! The breakfast is ok. Our room wasnt extremely clean and the forniture are old and not fresh. In despite av the location was the room extremely quite. Anyway we think that you get a great value for money.

It was very exciting staying because all the windows in the hotel were on the ceiling! :-) It looks a loudy place to have a rest but we were surprised of its quietness! We'll visit it again! :-)

Convenient place for getting to town centre, though not a extremely nice region of town; warm and friendly staff and helpful when they understood enough English; large and airy room but poor bed and visitors should bring a towel!
