It is an amazing building dating back to the 17th Century. Has alot of character. There was free parking avaibale on sight and was close to the main square. Really enjoyed our stay. | |

This is great value for money. A very old hotel in the heart of the City - seconds from the Catherdral, but also really quiet. Really fantastic room with an amazing view that Id expect to pay much more money for. I know not all rooms were as nice - my friend stayed in a room much smaller with shared bathroom - a bit like a monks cell - but still great character and much beter than a hostel. | |

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, the car park was really handy. We were given free museum tickets by the owner. Fantastic | |

This was my second time in Pensao Policarpo and I highly recommend this hostel. The atmosphere was great and people were very friendly. We got the most well located room with a great view of Evora from balcony in hostel. Towels, covers, sheets were all clean, it was a well located and safety place I have ever stayed!! | |

The reception staff were very positive and helpful. This pension was undergoing major renovations so I made some allowance for the state of the window and vista!. Things were negotiable and flexible with staff. | |
