We had such a exceptional time at the Paintshop Hostel! They really raise the bars in terms of hospitality and made us really feel at home :)) In case you are searching for some spot with a chilled vibe and some great individuals your definitely wanna stay here! The rooms and also the hostel itself are nice and clean and also the breakfast was delicious! Everybody is really helpful here and wants you to enjoy your stay in every single way possible! So we had lots of fun and are coming back for sure!

5 months of traveling and this is easily the very best hostel we have stayed in. The staff are all amazing, friendly and super helpful. The hostel && rooms were really clean, tidy and always had a fun/chilled out atmosphere. Breakfast is awesome as is the bar and pizza/BBQ nights. Took surf lessons whilst there as properly which were really properly organised and great value for money. This is one of the first places I would come back to. Definitely stay here!

This is by far the highest hostel I have ever stayed in. All of the employees working at the paint shop hostel are exceptional fun to be around. The location is excellent and I CAN NOT FAULT this hostel. Thanks all for making my stay such an memorable experience. I will be back soon, hopefully with my motorbike.

Debbie and Steve were wonderful! They made us really feel so welcome in their hostel. We were there on a Wednesday night and they cooked a Barbeque which was completely delicious! They made sure that we knew all of the outstanding places to go for beach and swimming and surfing and lent us umbrellas for when it was hot. The rooms and bath rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an amazing living region with a tv, pool table and an amazing bar. The breakfast within the mornings was fantastic at the same time and even included eggs! Absolutely nothing wrong with this hostel, I would extremely recommend!

Steve and Debbie (owners of the place) are really exceptional hosts and collie Star is always pleased to locate someone to play with. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, and unlike several other hostels, the bathroom in this one had quite nice feel to it as well. The beach is really near and hosts are pleased to tell you about activities you might wish to try out in the city, but even if you&'ve had bit too much sun and wish to relax back in the hostel just for the evening there&'s plenty of movies, billiard to play, books and surf magazines to read, terrace with a bbq and a bar. It is exceptional spot to stay at, definitely extremely recommended!

Everything was just really chill, like staying at any pals house. Debs, Steve and Fi were so kind and helpful and just generally offered a fantastic time!
