Lagos Travellers Inn

We stayed 3 nights eith Victor and he was very kind and hospitable. He helped us sign up or local actovities, gave us directions to places in town and to the supermarket, and reccomended places to eat. Victor genuinely cated for our safety and that we had a wonderful time. Our room was comfortable and not to hot, plus we really enjoyed lounging at the pool. It was a wonderful spot to relax in the late afternoon, early evening before dinner.

The guy who runs the location was super friendly and super helpful (he even rang around electronic stores for us trying to uncover a power converter). The pool area was a wonderful location to relax with a wonderful view over the town and beach, along with the rooms were spacious. It&'s just a 5 minute walk into the town and there&'s a huge market place just down the road.

The owner Vitor is a wonderful guy! So friendly and helpful. He got us discounts for a wonderful kayak tour, and also drove us from/to the train station when we arrived and left Lagos for about 6 euros. The facilities were clean and nice but basic - none of the luxuries. For example, no working TV, and no wireless (however, the lack of wireless was only due to the fact that we got upgraded to a bigger room). From what we could gather, Vitor has 2 or 3 large houses that are all interconnected, and mostly contain very spacious self contained units. The pool is great. Access to center of town is straightforward and pretty quick (about 5-10min walk to the centre). This is a wonderful spot to stay if you wish to relax and take in all the wonderful items that Lagos has to offer.

Best spot to stay in lagos! owner Vitor was extremely warm and friendly and helpful and went out of his way for anything we needed. rooms were huge and spacious and extremely comfortable. has everything u need. ur an idiot if u select a hostel over this place! very best accom i~ve stayed in in over 2 years of travelling thru over 30 countries in europe!

The Travellers Inn is on a extremely nice location just outside the wall of Lagos, 5 minutes walk to the city center and all the extremely best bars and pubs. The Beach is just 10-15 minutes walk. The rooms are extremely clean and basic with a huge bathroom. The owner of the hostel is a extremely nice guy and gives extremely great recomendations.
