Everything. Mari was very helpfull. She picked us up from the train station. I was happy with the location ( not inside the city centre but 10 min walk). There was a kitchen, 2 toilets with showers and clean rooms. Pacheco&'s guest house was very handy for us. We stayed there 3 nights and then we moved to apartment ( Mari found for us) witch was near to the beach, shops maybe 15 min to city centre. Exceptional place. Great value for money.

The space you have to cook and to store your stuff. Besides that the property was clean and you had enough space for you bags/suitcases.

It&'s quiet, simply because it&'s outside the city center, but the center is extremely close.

Location is very good. It&'s clean and has properly equiped kitchen. They also offer you a no cost transfer from the bus station.
