The cost is exceptional and also the proprietors are pretty helpful. The bed was just as promised, a room for 2, 100% private. It' not a spot to create friends, instead a spot to stat on your own or with someone dearly together.
Customer Review on 20 September 2011
It was ok for the price, the room was good but because of the busy street outside not able to open the window and had to sleep in a totally hot room without air cooling - which in this country is a must. the bathroom was ok but didnt lock properly which makes it totally unknomfortable. i also didnt like the smell of the detergents in the bathroom.

It was such a nice place, individuals were friendly, and I really feel as if I am at home. I liked the atmospher, as nicely as the stuff were great. Sometimes they played gitar and it was awsome, ! I liked it too much, and will go there, if I return to lisbon.

Location was brilliant - a very brief walk to the metro and then only 5 minutes into town. Lots of pretty cafes in the same street for breakfast and coffee. Superb size room and furniture (wardrobe, chests of drawers, dressing table etc). It was clean (although we had to ask for our sheets to be changed when we got there - we think this was a genuine mistake).

We loved the staff. They were really gentle, kind and professional. The manager and staff are so effortless going and really worried to make you really feel comfortable. The rooms are large enough and clean. The toilets were always clean. The cooking area has all necessary appliances to cook. It's really central (it's inside the middle of Lisbon, really pictoresque), secure and 2 mins away from metro. And one of the highest things, fast wi-fi for free inside the rooms.
Jaquelinne S. on 19 July 2011
The people are friendly and helpful, the room was good along with the kitchen and bathroom was cleaned all the time.
Mimi L. on 18 July 2011
It was clean (but I did locate a small dust bunny under the bed). I really liked the neighborhood, which was extremely "real, " had at least one pastry shop on each and every block, with cute locals (grandparents walking with small kids and also the like), and made me really feel like I was living inside the city). The manager was extremely nice and helpful, and in case you speak French, Octavio the janitor will be your friend for life. There was also a comfortable living room (complete with a hostel guitar) with squishy chairs and a TV that gets a lot of channels in different languages.
