Location, the staff&' knowledgeable about Madrid and their helpfulness, hostel design, breakfast (cereals+milk, fruits, bread + jam), kitchen, living room, bath rooms + beds

Although it was a silent time of year, this hostel was fantastic and one of the best I have stayed in. Fantastic location and very simple to discover and inside the middle of the city, the employees were exceptional help and very warm and friendly and it was clean and tidy. Loved my stay in Lisbon!

It's in very center of the city. It has really fantastic character and atmosphere. Wonderful place! I would like to come back there some day:)

Fantastic place! Loved the way it was designed, it really shows that they have thought of each and every detail and it is perfect! It is located in the really center of the city so it's fantastic if you wanna appreciate the old parts of the city. The staff is really helpfull and kind! All in all: Loved it!
