Very warm and friendly stuff, really central location. Nice for people who do not seek typical hostel atmosfere. It is realy far more like a hostel.

Clean, great location near lots of great eating places along with the metro, 24 hour reception with employees willing to help. No fuss.

Nice and clean room, more hotel than a hostel, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Location could not been bether, it's basically in the city centre. Nice restaurants right next to the pensao.

It is clean and sober, the staff is nice and helpful, it is quite at night, the rooms and the bathroom are big enough, it is very close to restauradores so it's basicly in the city centre, not far from barrio alto and baixia-chiado, there was conditoned air which was good at night when it would get colder, the place has just been renovated and you can tell, there is a safety box and the staff provides you with advice about all kind of things, from hairdressers to places to see.

It is clean and sober, the employees is nice and helpful, it is quite at night, the rooms along with the bathroom are massive enough, it is extremely close to restauradores so it&'s basicly within the city centre, not far from barrio alto and baixia-chiado, there was conditoned air which was exceptional during the night time when it would get colder, the place has just been renovated and you can tell, there is certainly a safety box along with the employees offers you with advice about all kind of things, from hairdressers to places to see.

Central. Friendliness and helpful staff. Clean. Quite portion of the street. We had a room with french windows which gave much air and light.
