The staff were extremely helpful and bent over backwards to meet all our needs. It was like staying with family which is essential to us.

The owner of the place is very nice and helpfull. My fly was delayed for several hours and i arrived to Lisbon at early hour of the morning. I called him and he nicely told me not to worried and that he will wait for my arrival at any hour.

Very warm and friendly and helpful hotel owner. Quite near to the center (5 mins by car). Extremely cheap.

The owner was the nicest and most helpful person ever. Hostel was quite comfy and pleasant, located nearby metro station in the center of Lisbon. I would pick this hostel again.
