Very helpful staff, the top advice I&'ve ever gotten in any hostel/hotel. Alex gave me superb tips about what to do in Lisbon and exactly where to travel in Portugal. It was clean and safe, everything worked.

I liked especially the location. The hostel is situated within the city center next to a Metro station and other public transport. I also liked that the breakfast was included and freshly made each morning by really friendly staff. Furthermore, the staff was really friendly and helpful and provided us with outstanding recommendations for our stay.

It&'s the most effective hostel I&'ve ever Stayed. 30 seconds away from city and metro, tram. Free tea and coffee all the time. Most important, they organize different activities every single night. We did one night of wine tasting, one night walking in Alfama during the night. Each and every night, they also propose some Portuguese specialties, like sangria, some soup. I really like there.

The location of this hostel is great, right on one of the principal routes of Central Lisbon for shops and its proximity to means of transport to Belem and also the airport and also the spectacular Placa del Comercio. The staff were really warm and friendly and nice, the rooms really tidy and clean and even the shared bathrooms were spotless. Breakfast was included in the price and was really very good too. Also, each and every night activities related to Portuguese culture have been organized and this allowed solo travellers like me to get to meet people.

The employees was outstanding along with the hostel was very clean. Excellent location. This was, by far, the most effective hostel I have ever been to. Each night, the employees organized special events. It was very inviting. The environment of the hostel was nice and relaxed. Perfect for meeting new people. The breakfast service was excellent! And they even did my laundry for &€6. The morning of my checkout, I woke up extremely late for my flight. The employees helped me have a look at quickly and had a cab ready for us. Thanks to him, we made it to our flight just in the knick of time. That&'s just one example of how the employees goes above and beyond to help the travellers. I HIGHLY recommend this hostel to anyone travelling to Lisbon.

It is one of the extremely best hostels I have stayed at. I have stayed at a lot. The staff is super friendly and also the location was spotless. The locations is best as it is situated within the middle of the city close to the train and all of the attractions.

The private room on the last top floor had an awesome view on the Arco de rua Augusta and also the Pra&ça de Comercio. It was large enough and clean.

The second we walked in the door we were greeted with the excitement and kindness of old friends. The employees were above and beyond helpful throughout our stay making sure our time was utilized the most. Hostel had a outstanding setting to meet individuals and make friends. Breakfast was cooked for you in the morning and also the dishes taken care of after. Everything you could think of needing as a backpacker the hostel covered it - right down to battery packs for your phone for the day. We ran into Alex on the metro on our way to the airport during his day off and he gave us both a hug and a great bye. The individuals here really care. Gonzolo&'s nightly outings were fantastic and he is so knowledgeable.
