Close and easily accessible from the airport and not far from city center, very clean.

Easily accessible location (between two Metro stops serving both the blue and yellow lines, and along a significant thoroughfare with lots of bus lines). Staff was extremely warm and friendly (due to a change of circumstances, I ended up canceling the second night of my booking -- as a result I didn&'t meet the required two night minimum stay, I was not canceling a lot more than 24 hours in advance, and I was checking out after the 11 AM checkout time, so I didn&'t even ask for a refund, but they gave it to me anyway). Other perks also -- in-room bathroom (not terribly uncommon, but also not universal), no cost breakfast, no cost wi-fi, etc. Price is basically unbeatable. Extremely positive expertise overall.

Clean, safe, friendly and value for money. The finest of finest in my travelling so far. Thank to Mr. John who is so helpful that he gave me alot of info on Lisboa. TK Chiang from Malaysia.

Was extremely clean, breakfast was very good enough and location it&'s in a residential area (seems safe and quiet), near to a lot of transports (buses, metro, etc). 15 mins bus trip to the airport, and 25 mins walking to downtown area

Friendly staff, did whatever it took to make our stay pleasant. Our bathroom light didn&'t work, reception didn&'t know how to fix it so she gave us another room which was a 4 person dorm simply because it was the only room left available (there was only two of us so we got double the space). Cute little decorations throughout the hallway. Extremely clean and nicely kept. Bathrooms/bedrooms are immaculate.
