Penhas da Saude Youth Hostel

This is the best youth hostel I've ever tried. The location is beautiful, the room was much better than most 2 and 3 star hotels, the atmosphere is good, the common rooms fantastic and the staff very helpful (not everyone speaks English though). I wish we could have stayed longer!
