The staff were very friendly and helpful. They only speak portuguese though. The staff just seemed super happy to be there and eager to help. I left my watch there, returned 3 days later and they had it all wrapped up in an envelope locked away in the safe. Sweet. They had heating in our room (don't know about the others) and the water was nice and hot.
