We had a really nice stay in Hotel S. Marino. Best location just inside the centre of Porto 5 mins walking to duoro and about 2 mins to the main square Praca Liberdade. Extremly warm and friendly Employees was ready to help us always when we need it. I was really surprised when I asked about the iron. following 5 mins I had my shirt ready to go :) and needless to say tasty breakfast each and every morning with hot chocolate ! I think it was the finest place I was in so faraway from the Hostelbookers !

The employees is increadibly friendly, and all of the time prepared to help you with everything you might need. Besides that, the place is situated 2 min walk from the middle of night life in Porto (but you won&'t hear anything in case you will go to bed earlier). Definitely a place exactly where I will sleep again, if I go to porto again.

Really nice and cozy old restored building. The staff is extremelly friedly and helpfull. The rooms are massive and we had a nice balcony with a view to the square which was a bonus. The place is a bit uphill but in a super nice square, with pubs and resaurants. On saturday nothere was also a flea market place place with good music and all. Really good time in Porto!
