Really warm and friendly staff. Alex went out of his way to help me. The room was lovely and warm, with TV. Nice touch if you desire to blob out. Bed was comfortable and cosy. The tour, and selection of other tours was great, it really makes staying here worthwhile. Stunning people.

The staff were very helpful. The younger guy, Alex, didn&'t know as much about the city as his brother-in-law but he often did his very best to help me. I had a great time there. The location is great.

Very helpful employees who went really out of their way to help me. This even included a free trip to one of the sights inside the city. Lots of assistance with helping me with the next portion of my journey.

Irene's hostel has a extremely excellent location which is extremely near to the bus station and city centre, The hostel stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner, Ciprin, also conducts tours to the painted monastaries. He is extremely knowledgable on the subject and passionate with his job as a tour guide. We ended the stay as extremely happy and satisfied customers.

We are all enjoyed staying there. It was a little bit cold so the room was heated and we could use a kitchen always. The staffs were very kind and helpful. I don't remember his name exactly maybe it was Chop(). Thank you for your recomendation about travel route and restaurant. We're all very impressed through this trip.
