Staff is very useful and speaks in English. The location is fantastic, literally near to the Red Square. Cheap but extremely superb hotel.

Location is excellent. Very noisy, you can hear everything that is certainly going on within the room next to yours or within the hallway. Staff is kind of friendly: I would say one of them was rude. Breakfast is supposed to be included within the price but right after a few days of ordering breakfast they told us that it is not free. Be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs, which if you have heavy bags is not fun. There is a bar/club within the area. Every other night they have a live band playing until midnight. This might be annoying if you are trying to get some sleep.
