This hostel was very dirty. The towel smells bed and also does the bed. And the toilette was dirty too. |

The hostel has an excellent location and friendly staff. However the hostel itself is a dissapointment. The kitchen facilities were awful, consisting of a double hotplate, toaster, microwave and kettle. No work surfaces or dining area, in fact you cook and eat outside a toilet. There is only one fridge for 70 odd people. In short great location, poor hostel. |

Good location, friendly staff. Among the shortcomings - a small kitchen and enough space for eating all living in the hostel. There were problems with the shower |

Hostel is in a great location, that is all. I don't understand why people rave about this place, the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, the showers and toilets were grimey, there was only 1 computer which had a broken keyboard and people were shouting and playing music until 4am every night we were there - not much fun believe me! staff did nothing to shut them up, even encouraging them, not helpful when its a hostel for everyone, not a select few. Dorm ceiling leaked during rainstorms and we had massive puddles on the floor getting our bags wet. Worst hostel experience i've had in a long time, don't stay here if you don't want a good nights sleep! |

The staff are super helpful and friendly, they even helped me out with registration ( just 300 rubles per pax). the location is can never be better, located just behind the Kazan cathedral, 2 mins away from Nevsky prospekt. which means all the touristy spots can be accessed from this main road. The hostel is just a few hundred metres away from Hermitage, the Admiralty and the beautiful bridges!!! Seriously it's a value for money for a place this central. My family (including grumpy aunties joined me too, and they cannot stop praising this cute hostel !) One small thing though, hot water is very scarce and the place is a bit dingy. Hope the admin can do something about this Other than that, everythings perrrrfect~~~!!!!! |

The conditions could be better. but the location was the best you could have!! right next to kazan's cathedral, nevski, 2min away from the main square and night life. worth the stay just for that! nice environment between the guests too. |

The location is fantastic, and the staff were helpful when I had to cancel a night I'd booked because of changed plans. No problems! |

Perfect location and nice layout. Security isn't great but they have lockers so your valuables are safe. Great staff and overall excellent hostel |
