We like the caracter of the building with so much space, we like the people at the reception, they are nice and helpfull and we like the breakfast room with the nice quiet people and ofcourse the location is very good. We hope it will not be full when we travel next time to SPb. |

Excellent location, near to all sites. Excellent reception, good helpful staff. Very clean and friendly chef who cooked you a free breakfast. |

Location is very good with a lot of round-the-clock food places around and good metro access. Clean. Things look exactly like on the photos. Two negative points: reception staff are quite indifferent (not rude, just indifferent); breakfast is only from 9 to 11 (so can't say anything about it's quality as I always went out before 9am). |

Location, always open, good rooms. However, no English / German / French or any other language than Russian speeking staff. |

Overall is great location and value for money, staffs are helpful except for a plump lady who was bang the table before answering our question on the visa registeration issue. |

Drinking water, and basic typical Russian breakfast (free). There are no kitchen facilities, and no internet access. |

I wouldnt stay again in this hotel. a bit like behind the iron curtain and if you ask more than two questions they get annoyed of you. |

Very nice atmosphere; people are very friendly; they help you in different problems; they speak english fluently, so it's easy to understand everything, very good eastern cuisine - Misha is the best cook Only one bad common - rooms without bathroom (the bathrooms are on the hall) |
