Wonderful staff - extremely friendly. Helped me arrange a guide to go to the Ivolga Datsan and she was wonderful. Also a outstanding location, just a 15 minute walk from the train station and right in the middle of town.

The location was good. But it wasnt really clean when i checked in. But on the 2nd day they did clean it and it was so much better. Absolutely nothing much, like a homestay. The staffs were really warm and friendly and helpful.

Dennis is awesome - very good taste in music and lush guitar! He is also really helpful and keen to create your stay really good. Hostel is really well located, and facilities are very good - massive living room and decent kitchen. Nice communal atmosphere.

We liked the living room and all of the information on the walls; although having many and different people inside the place, it was calm and everyone could do their individual things. . ; the matching bed sheads are a excellent notion and although it is a lot more than expected, it just speaks about the hospitality! Really nice and comfortable place!

Dennis along with the other staf were extremely friendly and helpful. They all worked hard around the clock to help travellers howeer they could. The hostel has a huge spacious lounge, and cozy beds. It's in an excellent location too, right near the middle of the city.

Well, there are several items I liked in this place: Denis was very nice, indicating great places to go and a homestay at Baikal's lake (the couple of this homestay is very friendly along with the food is the most effective I've eaten in Russia). I could even store my luggage in the hostel as I just went to Turka (Baikal lake) for 1 night. The location is very, very nice, near everything. Other exciting thing is the common room, which is very large and contributes to make new buddies there. The city itself is amazing too, very different from Russian Stereotype, as it's very close to Mongolia. I really desire to go back some day.
