Everithing was really clean (kitchen, rooms, toilets, showers). The rooms are really big. It is at a perfect location, near of the very best attractions of Edinburgh.

Had a private double - big room that used to be a 14 person dorm but the employees had put an extra heater to warm the room up as it was so big. Thumbs up. Free tea and coffee.

The location is excellent, but it is a little bit hard to find, it hides in the stores in royal mile. The double room which gave us is big, along with the kichen is not bad.

Everybody extremely friendly, employees and guests. Amazing community. No cost hot tea and coffee and use of microwave, oven, stovetop and refrigerator.

24 hour access (swipe card entry when reception was closed). Free tea and coffee. Excellent instructions for using cookers.
