The location of this hostel is fantastic as well as the staff were extremely help and went out of their way to help us with any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. Pretty basic ensuite room but perfect for 2 just using the spot to sleep. Very clean. As promised there was someone there a 11pm to check us in. Awesome location. 2 mins to the royal mile. 5-7 mins to the station if you uncover the shortcut of the stairs from the station to Cockburn street. Didn&'t meet any of the others staying inside the hostel so almost certainly not what you want if you want a sociable hostel. The Spanish(I think) lady on reception was very nice.

Great location if you are in Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival. Good size cooking area and basic ingredients (oil / sugar / tea etc) provided. Modern day facilities and hot shower.

Location was superb - near shows, bars, eating places and shops. There is certainly a downside to this - it is extremely noisy, but great if you wish to be inside the heart of the action.

Hostel was at the middle of the city. You can do a lot by walking. Very clean hostel as properly as the very best component was that there was clean cooking area that you can use. Very warm and friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a location to come back.

The property was directly in the city center and though it was in the middle of bars and night clubs it was silent when the windows where shut and all other travellers warm and friendly as properly as quiet. The &"hostel-crew&" itself was extremely friendly: All in all: A great clean hostel!
