I was able to leave my car outside and use the bus, just a few mins from city centre. There is certainly no cost on street parking and no cost wi-fi. The location was really clean, and staff were friendly. Breakfast was primarily just cofffee, cereal and toast, absolutely nothing cooked, but enough for me. Leith is a very good location to stay, with a lot of shops, pubs and restaurants and straightforward access to the city centre.

Price was good, could walk into city centre, everything worked well. 24 hour hot water. Secure parking, really excellent breakfast included.

We had such a pretty stay here - the room was stunning and airy and we had a fantastic view of the park. The only problem was the heating did not seem to work, and the television was placed at a really awkward angle inside the room so it was hard to watch. But otherwise, high quality stay.
