Very nice hotel, extremely inexpensive for what you get. I was surprised about this place. It is exactly in the centre of Edinburgh and you can walk to everything quite easily. Stores and bars around the corner. It is a not a main street, so no noises and car infront of the window. Employees and rooms are brilliant, very friendly, clean. Breakfast is very very good as well. I would highly suggest this place.

The hotel adopts the conventional Edimburg style of building then this is part of the city landscape. Inside, the room was very nice as well as the employees was really kind with each and every done request. The included breakfast was realy excellent also.

I loved the atmosphere, the cosy room breakfast was served, the really comfy bed, the friendly employees and the high level of cleanliness of the hotel.

It's like staying in trenches during the war it has brought me and my buddies closer. I'm sure if your a middle aged sex tourist looking for cheap hookers and dodgy looking guys peddling all manor of class A drugs this hotel has them in abundance.

Great location, just a 5-10 minute walk to the Royal Mile. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money.
