My review may not be representative simply because we stayed in Old Shoes in November and had the whole hostel at our disposal. As a result, we felt extremely comfy and have no complaints :)

It's a good location--close to the stations and to the main ped. street, but not right ON it, so that it's good and quiet in the hostel itself. The place is really chill and cozy, the wifi works well, there's AC so you can keep the window's shut, and lots of nice touches throughout.

The hostel was great, so clean. its in the very best location of begrade, closer to everywhere.

One of the cosiest hostels I've stayed in - feels almost like flatsharing rather than hostelling! And the location is great, very central and walkable from the train and bus stations. The bus to the airport leaves from nearby too. The staff are helpful and the hostel is very clean.
