Very friendly, helpful and informative owner (Mr. Tom), great location to go to the Bled castle (and thereafter walk around the lake) and Vintgar gorge, WiFi access inside the room, really close to a super marketplace (Mercat) and a restaurant (Pri Planincu, along with its pizzeria), tidy room.

The property owner is really cool and he let us check in a couple hours early! The beds are really comfortable, the wireless is fast, the location was great (close to a really good cake shop) and it was effortless to find.

Tom, the owner/manager, is possibly the nicest, and most helpful of any hostel staff I encountered in my 10 weeks of traveling. Outstanding suggestions and info on Bled, and really friendly. Good, free WIfi, one of the very best beds I stayed in (it was an XL twin, which was a really welcome surprise, since I&'m quite tall). Nice, quiet, clean facilities.

Tom, the owner/manager, is probably the nicest, and most helpful of any hostel employees I experienced in my 10 weeks of traveling. Amazing suggestions and info on Bled, and really friendly. Good, free WIfi, one of the most effective beds I stayed in (it was an XL twin, which was a really welcome surprise, since I&'m quite tall). Nice, quiet, clean facilities.

The guy who owns the location is awesome! Came and picked me up as I was lost on arrival in Bled. Couldn&'t do enough to help me. Free internet, great showers, no cost towel, an orchard inside the front graden - no cost apples. Not faraway from lake

Tom (the manager) is such a outstanding resouce for specifics of Bled, he also makes you really feel welcome and is extremely easy-going. The beautiful dog is also what makes this hostel special. Wonderful location to the lake and beautiful views of the mountains. A nice touch is the towel that comes free with the linnen. Silent and interesting surroundings. A spot to stay for the &"true&" traveller.
