Didn't like the staff. They weren't very friendly and was heard to talk to them. People staying seemed nice, although many are only there beacuase the Ritz is the pick up and drop off point for most tours, so they were only there for short stays like 1/2 nights. Internet was not working, pool was out of order, and the kitchen leaked when the had huge down pour. Was a very nice building and beautiful views. Shame about the rest. Should be better.

Didn&'t like the staff. They weren&'t extremely warm and friendly and was heard to talk to them. People staying seemed nice, although a lot of are only there beacuase the Ritz is the pick up and drop off point for most tours, so they were only there for brief stays like 1/2 nights. Net was not working, pool was out of order, along with the kitchen leaked when the had huge down pour. Was a extremely nice building and gorgeous views. Shame about the rest. Should be better.

Ticked all the boxes. Helpful staff, nice grounds, decent facilities. In a nice region of Joburg so safe to wander around. Would stay there again.

Staff are really helpful. Rooms are worth what you pay for them, cheap accomadation, simple, comfortable.
