Convenient location with secure parking but a bit far for walking to true city center for restaurants, shops, internet access, etc. however large grocery (Super Spar) was only about 10min walk.

Really warm and friendly and helpful staff. Pretty rooms. Safe parking. And when its really cold, they provide fur warm water bottles to keep you warm.

The guys were really trying to help as we had to leave extremely early in the morning and nothing was a problem. The hostel is not situated centrally but you can definitly go by walking down-town through stellenbosch university. The room was comfortable and large enough and there is a nice swimming pool region in the garden. It is a noiseless spot though not sure if it is appropriate to have enjoyable and meet people but nonetheless extremely great in case you are not staying a long time in Stellenbosch.
