The owner spoke really great English and had his own maps. He is quite knowledgeable on which sights we should see first depending on how much time we have. The place is really near a lot of places also as transport.

Extremely helpful staff, extremely friendly with local info and travel tips, they also spoke english extremely well. This place was a much far more enjoyable stay than a couple of 3 star hotels we stayed at on the same trip, so it was fantastic value for money.

The hostel was located in a handy location, really near to the bus terminal. It was really dated and also the room may have been clean, but it was certainly in rough shape. There weren't a lot of "freebies" and internet did cost 1000 won for 20 minutes. The owners were really friendly, though.

The friendly and helping employees is a really good thing on this hostel. Also, there are a lot of nice people traveling and staying at this hostel and you will definetely meet with some of them within the hostel and sit, drink and talk with them

Mr Kwon is no longer running the hostel, but it remains inside the family who soon after living overseas for decades can speak English/French fluently. They are very helpful and warm and friendly and provide a fantastic map of the area, with bus no's and directions. The hostel is a bit dated, but that adds to the character of the place. His family made us feel very welcome even though they are still learning the hostel trade.
