This hostel is in a great location -- just a few minutes walk from Hyehwa station and is near to a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, eateries, and handy stores, and others. It is also not too faraway from Cheongdukgung, making it a enjoyable walk back to the hostel at sunset right after a day sightseeing there.

Convenient location, close to bus, metro, shops, restaurants. Five mins walk to Changgyeonggung Palace.

Excellent location for eating and dining and catching the subway to other places around the city. The Changgyeongung and Changdeokgung palaces are nearby and are an effortless walk. The directions supplied to get to the place were really good.

Backpacker Mr. Sea is a nice little hostel with a friendly staff. Mr. Sea and his staff members were all really kind and helpful when need be. Their friendliness showed even far more when Mr. Sea offered to take us out to dinner one night. Overall this location is really conveniently located just a brief walk from one of the metro lines at the same time as numerous palaces and a nice walk atop a fortress wall and with the friendly and helpful staff I would stay here again if I came through Seoul another time.

First time in Seoul, we will definitely be back at Mr Sea! The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet, facilities all worked, no problems or complaints. No curfew and also the rooms are behind a safety door with an electronic lock. Exceptional location, lots of shops, restaurants, pubs inside the area, and also the metro is just round the corner in case you want to venture further - it&'s also effortless to reach a number of cultural sites. Mr Sea and his employees were really friendly and welcoming - the second night we were offered a larger room for the same price, as no one had booked that room. Mr Sea also took us out to eat some conventional Korean foods inside the evenings, and arranged a fantastic night out for us in Gangnam - can&'t thank him enough for a fantastic week! Extremely recommended!
