Excellent central location. short walk to bars clubs. near to station. 10 minutes to marina. price. for how cheap it was you cant really complain

Affordable - really reasonable in fact - with really helpful and warm and friendly staff and only ten minutes from the beach and bars!

Absolutely everything! Fantastic location. walking distance to the beach and in the middle of all of the nightlife in Alicante. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You will not discover a greater cost for the accomodations they have in the entire city. If you are looking for an incredible price, great location and great accomodations then Calderon41 is the place!

Absolutely everything! Great location. walking distance to the beach and inside the middle of all of the nightlife in Alicante. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly and helpful. You will not locate a better price for the accomodations they have inside the entire city. If you are interested in an awesome price, great location and wonderful accomodations then Calderon41 is the place!

Cheap and cheerful! it's very basic but the property owner was very warm and friendly and i met some cool people here.
