Absolutely everything! Fantastic location. walking distance to the beach and in the middle of all of the nightlife in Alicante. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. You will not discover a greater cost for the accomodations they have in the entire city. If you are looking for an incredible price, great location and great accomodations then Calderon41 is the place!

You will not locate a better price for the accomodations they have inside the entire city. Cheap and cheerful! it's very basic but the property owner was very warm and friendly and i met some cool people here.
