-Definitely the location! Few minutes walking to the see, las Ramblas, metro/train station. Couldn&'t imagine myself a far better located place. -Cleanliness. It&'s not &"just&" clean, it&'s so clean that you can eat from a shower cabin. -The staff. Even thou at first sight they might seem old and grumpy, all of them are really warm and friendly and helpful. XO XO for you, guys! :) -Free Wi-Fi.

Liked the chance to stay in a single room which was small, but extremely clean and cosy. There is also a small sink in the room, and generally there is no noise coming in from the street.

The location was very good, the employees was nice and also the room and bathroom was clean. We had everything we wanted (airco, balcony, sink) and we didn&'t have any problems.

We booked at the last minute and then were really late due to delayed flight. Was nice to have 24 hr desk. The outside looked a little shady at 4 am when we arrived (better in daylight with stores opened, etc, ) but room was really clean and properly equipped suite. Would stay again.

The room was the most simple, just a bed, a sink and a table. Very basicbut then again that is certainly what you nedmost of the time. a spot to sleep. The shower and toilet were in the hall way. something that I am notused to.

Everything y can wish to find in not expensive hotel! Great location - not far from sea, main activities place. Near is restaurant with verrrrrrry tasty paelja for not high price ;) Friendly, mkind english speaking staff. I stayed 2 nights in 2 different roooms but in both windows are not good located (no window view). didn't see air condifioner - seems to be hot in summer. Costs it value! ;)
