The location was excellent, in front of several restaurants and near the Old Town of Bilbao. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful; they suggested us some sites to go to in the city.

Located inside the middle of the old town Hostal Gurea is completely located. A fantastic room with a balcony over looking a street that came to life as the night wore on.

Location - right in the old town, easy to uncover Room - pretty bright room with en-suite and little balcony Cleanliness - absolutely spotless with housekeeping every single day Employees - very helpful and friendly on arrival and reception manned 24 hours Safety - keys left at reception ad only residents can get in Facilities - common room with no cost internet, micro wave and vending machine

The employees are lovely, really helpful and there is certainly a free laptop for clients&use. The employees managed to put us in an interior room so the noises was less.
