This place is in an excellent location. It is effortless to find, day or night, as it is so close the river. The breakfast was excellent and fantastic value. In case you dont want to eat breakfast here every single day there are some good places really close to the hotel, exactly where you can sit outside, in case you like. The staff, both reception and cleaning, were really warm and friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there is certainly a lift. It is completely situated for the tram and buses so you can travel easily to any part of the city and the airport It is right inside the old town which is extremely atmospheric and there are excellent stores and restaurants nearby.

We liked a lot the location inside the "Casco Viejo" (Old town), where we had a great proximity to the Arriaga Theatre and some outstanding Restaurants.

The location was really good on "Casco Viejo", streets full of people during the day, many shops and restaurants. The employees during the day was really helpfull, during the night not so good.

The female receptionist (with Glasses) was really helpfull. She gave me a map when i arrived and explained about the city which was really great as i had no idea. Silent & clean. Would stay again.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It is centrally situated on a quaint street. The hotel was extremely clean and nicely furnished. I would stay here again. The staff was really friendly and helpful also as one of us had to go to the hospital within the night and they helped us through this smoothly.
