I really liked this place. The location is absolutely primo! I was able to walk everywhere - including only a 15 minute walk to the Airport Bus stop. The employees were really helpful and friendly. I opted for the breakfast which good. My room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here 2 nights when I first arrived in Bilbao, and I will be back for my last night later inside the week.

Myself and my travelling partner both have a few criteria as I&'m sure all travellers do about the accomadation. We were not disappointed in fact we felt we had struck gold with this hotel! The Bilbao Jardines Hotel is in the old town of Bilbao. It&'s the only hotel on this street as properly as the setting is incredible. You are surrounded by pubs (chilled out european pubs NOT pumping out dance music)with fantastic Pintxos (breads topped with marvellous meats and fish), fantastic beer and excellent expresso coffee. Then at one end are a collection of restuarants with nice Basque cuisine. The hotel was a classic european style affair. Clean wooden floors, standard room with excellent warm water and properly kept laundry. The receptionist was excellent helping us out (our Spanish was restricted to the customary hello and thank you&'s! ) All in all a fantastic location, clean pleasing hotel. A fantastic stay.

This place is in an excellent location. It is effortless to find, day or night, as it is so close the river. The breakfast was excellent and fantastic value. In case you dont want to eat breakfast here every single day there are some good places really close to the hotel, exactly where you can sit outside, in case you like. The staff, both reception and cleaning, were really warm and friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there is certainly a lift. It is completely situated for the tram and buses so you can travel easily to any part of the city and the airport It is right inside the old town which is extremely atmospheric and there are excellent stores and restaurants nearby.
