The owner was a delightful Basque man who could not have been much more helpful. He gave us exceptional tips for sightseeing, provided a map, and was often there when we needed help with any thing. He even to time to help us sort out a problem with our iPad. Absolutely nothing was any trouble to him. The location is perfect due to the fact it is so central to the trains, Metro, stores and river.

The personell is extremely friendly, the rooms are clean and totally worth the money. Greatest thing is the location: it is close to the old town with a lot of bars and near to a central metro station. The street the hostel is in is extremely silent though simply because its not a main street. In case you stay in Bilbao, pick this one!

Very central, clean and sense of being safe and secure. Rooms were pleasing with comfortable beds, nice bath rooms and free wifi. The pension is just a few mins walk from the Old Town over the bridge and is really near tram and metro stops so excellent transport links. There was free Wifi, which we all appreciated and our rooms had a TV too. Lift to 4th floor was good as we had heavy bags with us.

Excellent value for money in one of the top locations in town. 15 minutes walk along the river to the Guggenheim and close to a selection of great bars and places to eat. Room was good size, clean and not noisy.

Friendly staff, basic but clean and comfortable. Not much much more than formula 1 but your within the center and you have the enjoyable and quirks of finding the p[lace on real streets and being in a real building
