Everything was excellent. The employees absolutely helpfull, the location in a walking distance to the centre of madrid, internet access (wi-fi and pc&'s) for free, organized activities, and extremely secure atmosphere.

The rooms are really excellent! Extremely clean and quite large! And each room has it's own bathroom which is twice as huge as my own! They supply a lot of activities, like a free guided walking tour through Madrid which is really excellent. Also other activities like pub-crawls or flamenco-shows are really recommendable as well.

Both the reception staff and also the staff serving breakfast are very friendly and helpful. The building is a gorgeous contemporary place, it's really big. The rooms are spacious, noiseless and clean. They organize a guided tour of the city each day, which is free and a fantastic way to have a first impression of Madrid and become familiar with other young individuals staying at the hostel. Free wifi.

Really modern day and clean ambience. warm and friendly and helpful staff that speak multiple languages. really enjoyed the free walking tour given each and every morning- wonderful way to see the city, with a extremely entertaining guide, Pablo! So several facilities and services offered, you forget you are in a hostel- extremely recommended!
