Because it's really large hostel, staffs there were very bust most time and i always had to wait whenever i had to see them. |

We liked the fact that it was big and comfortable and also the internet area. other than that the place was extremely clean and very close to the centre. |

Very modern, probably the most modern hostel I ever seen. Individual bathrooms in every room - that is impressive. Everything is clean and very nice. |

Albergue was 10/10 in everyway! it is so clean you could eat off the floor ( not that i'd endose trying this in any way ). The staff very extremely helpful, really looked after us, and we always felt safe. I would definately go back, great for travellers, people on their own or in a pair, great to meet others. I just dont have enough words in my vocabulary to describe how suberb it was! |

It's a great hostel! Clean, safe, big, modern. The staff is great, I met a lot of people there. I totally recommend it. I found "my" hostel in Madrid. |

I am not often in youth hostels, but this was amazing! So clean and quiet, perfect. 2min to Metro Tribunal or Alonso Martinez so you can get nearly everywhere you want in 15min. Breakfast (not a lot of choice, but filling) was included. Only thing: bed was a bit loose while climbing (I had the upper bed). But as I wasn't climbing on my bed 20 times a day: GREAT HOSTEL! Absolutely recommandable! |

Urbano, centrico y localizado mediante trasporte publico. El edificio que es nuevo, amplio y funcional, bien equipado. Habitaciones, WCs y demas areas adecuadas. interne libre las 24h, desayuno gratuito y descuentos en menu de la cadenavegetariana FRESCO. Precios economicos por ser municipal y ofrece los servicios de un dinamizador que guia a los alberguistas en salidas para ver la ciudad y interelacionarse. En resumen TODO MUY BIEN |

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the social coordinator took us to a flamengo show, which was one of my top experiences in Madrid. i'm very glad i joined with one of the hostel group activities. |

I'd rather say what i didn't like: you had to insert a coin to lock your safe, you had to ask at the reception to get a key for the dining room whenever you wanted to fix something to eat and had to leave a deposit, the list of how to behave in the hostel consists mainly of things you are not allowed to do (f. e. to open the window - and you are not allowed to take a picture of the yard) the printer of the computer didn't work at least for two days - i wanted to book a train ticket by internet and couldn't do so as there was no possibility to print the ticket. it is terrribly loud when the windows are open. it is very clean, i really did feel safe and there were nice people in my room - that are the good points of the hostel. |
