Super clean and safe, and in a great location! A ten minute walk to the museums and to plaza mayor. Rooms were spacious with a sink and a shower right across the hall. Both were kept spotless.

Very clean, superb location, and superb staff. bath room was always clean, bedding, and towels always smells like a nice soap. the hotel is located in a great neighborhood. the staff was so nice and very helpful.

Madrid is so hot for me, in this each room has airconditioned so I could be cold by it. Bathroom, toilet was clean.
