Very clean, like a hotel, fantastic facilities. Extremely great location, less than 10min walk from Sol Metro. Safeboxes provided in the room. Noiseless and relaxing part of Puerta del Sol.

A amazing place for experiencing Madrid. A great sized room with an outlook across the plaza, serviced each and every day. Outstanding value for money.

It is secure - there is certainly a safe in the rooms which is easy to operate - you only need a 1 EUR coin. You get a key to the front door.

The location is excellent. Within 5 minutes from Sol metro and Plaza Mayor. Has elevator. Great water pressure. Safe area.

Excellent location. No noise from outside. But interior doors and walls are thin, so hallways can be noisy. Very friendly staff eager to help. Elevator is a plus, even though it's tiny. We had a nice view of the plaza in front of the building. Will stay here again if I return to Madrid.

Staff was very helpful. about our booking confirmation was not sent by hostelbooker (first time happened), so we double booked. of course it turned out only at the spot. the hostel didn't charge us the second room, although it was full.
