Excellent location and comfortable accommodation with wifi internet access. We ended up with a two bedroom apartment with a living room, a kitchen with a lounge area and a balcony with a view of some of the Madrid skyline. |

Wonderful Location! Close to major sites and main plaza. We had a small apartment with a refrigerator and washing machine which were nice amenities as well. |

Location was great and staff helpful & friendly, they offered single rooms which were not overly expensive. I was visiting with a group of people, had i beed on my own would have been possibly difficult to meet other people but i had a fab time & would definatly visit again. |

The staff were lovely, really helpful and upgraded us to an apartment on noticing it was my birthday! Excellent rooms, 12 of us stayed and we all had a great time and were really pleased with the place. it's a stone's throw from Sol station and right by Plaza Mayor so excellent location! =) The lift did get stuck at 4am and no one came to help when we raised the alarm. so I'd recommend the stairs! =) |

The rooms are nice and tidy. Staff is really helpfull. Location is unbeatable, 2 100 meters from the main subway station of Madrid, right in the middle of everything. |

This was a great stay. They were friendly and helpful when needed help. It was great locaton. right in the middle of the action. I am actually going back there to stay one night. It is nice but not a common room to meet people if that is what you are looking for. |

The staff is very friendly, the location is excelent and the building is very tipical. I think they could make some improvement in the reception. |
