The location was outstanding as properly as the facilities fairly clean, especially for the price. The weather systems worked properly. The staff was really friendly with individuals who could speak Spanish.

Locatie is very central and near to metro Callao; our room was not on the street side and therefore very quite. They fotgot to mention that you have to leave the at the reception on order to get your room cleaned. Following we asked for it in the evening they sent up a cleaning lady right away!

The location was great, on Gran Via and near to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and within walking distance to Parque del Retrio. The room was small, small than other rooms in the hotel, but worth it for the value.
