The staff was nice and helpful. There is also a very good size pool and a playground on the property. Rooms are pretty big.

The employees were extremely helpful. The shuttle bus was really superb and it is superb value for money!

The largest problem was that we had to wait 45min inside the Airport for the shuttle and then to come back, because their shuttle was broken we had to come back in taxi paid by us. Beside it the location is very pleasent!

The environment of Osuna hotel is very quiet, especially that villa area. But the hotel arranged for us to stay in a standard room and a little distance away from the Garden. From the lobby to the room need to go through the swimming pool and garden, in the rainy day is very inconvenient. The facilities on offer is fantastic, and the room also very big. This hotel to the bus stop just 2 minutes and to the metro station takes 15 minutes, very convenient to travel. Also Osuna hotel will arrange a special bus to take us directly to the airport, just 10 minutes, and the driver is very warm, he can speak a lot of language, let us feel very happy. It's very fortunate to find this four-star hotel from HOSTELBOOKES, VALUE FOR MONEY.

Nice hotel. nice swimming pool, but i dont know what a 4 stars hotel doing in hostel bookers search O_oAt first sight you found it a little expensive, but when you are swiming and having a great sunbath. worth it out the price

This is best if you are staying one night like us. It is 15 minutes from the airport and this hotel offers free transportation. The facilities are increible for the price. For a double private ensuite it was about 45 Euros. I am suprised this is on hostelbookers. In case you are staying here for a long period of time be prepared to walk 15 minutes to the metro and be on the metro for 30 minutes to get to the center of madrid. But honestly the metro couldnt be any easier and there are public busses near the train station to the hotel-bus number 115.
