Excellent location. Close to the center of the city. Nonetheless calm enough to get some good sleep. Proximity to the metro is another attraction.

Super hotel for the price. Very powerful shower which compliments a very superb bathroom. In general the rooms are very nice and clean. You really feel very safe inside the Hotel especially as the receptionist has to let you in. The employees almost all speak English and are very helpful. The location is prime as it&'s just off the primary road, near to eating places and a 5 minute walk from the Palace along with the surrounding famous plazas. An excellent Hotel, would suggest to anyone, and at the price I paid, a bargain.

It was a very nice hotel, not a hostel. Nicely worth the slightly higher price than other hostels. outstanding location, extremely close to the metro and crucial areas of the city.

The location was exceptional, the rooms were really clean and there was a thoughtful welcome basket of fruit && water upon arrival. The hotel itself was really smart: fashionably modern day but with a friendly setting ie: not intimidating. The top feature was the staff. They were friendly and a lot more than happy to share their knowledge of Madrid and Spain in general.
