It was clean, comfortable, lockers inside the room, great location. Walking distance from all of the massive museums and sights. Overall if you&'re looking for a low-cost stay in Madrid with no frills it&'s a great choice.

The hostel is at a exceptional location in Madrid, just at downtown and a few metres away from metro stations.

The location wasn&'t bad, it was located on a really busy street with a lot of high end shopping. That is honestly the only positive thing I can say about this hostel.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. As an example I could let my luggage in hostel even, when I was checked out. (I leave Madrid at the night the day of my check out and it would be dificult for me take my luggage into the city)

Great location, right near to Plaza Espana. Our fellow travellers were interesting to talk to. Building is pretty safe and our door lock worked well.

Needs a cooking area for the customers as I'd often needed to go out for lunch or wait for the lunch time tables which wasn't appropriate as I prefer cooking my own food. Everything else was amazing value for the money but again a lounge and cooking area needs to be in, as a lot people can benefit from this.

Its location is perfect! The breakfast for 2 euros is very great along with the cheapest near by, it includes cereal, juice, coffee and some toast.
