The location was great, we loved staying in gran via, it was the most effective neighbourhood in Madrid. The hostel was really nice too, clan, nice staff, everybody was really helpfull and we were really happy with our stay.

Not much. The location is excellent but there are so several other hostels in the area that this one isnt worth it.

Nothing, this spot is the worst hostel I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Its a joke, they told me I have to pay 1 euro every single time I open my locker, seriously. Its really a bad vibe, they are merely there basically to take you for as much as they can. Stay at Hostel One Centro, its amazing! The location is perfect, the staff are amazing, the vibe is great, the bathrooms and showers are spacious and private.

The hostel was the cheapest at this time of year and some the other travellers were nice. Although you need to look at the small print on the Hostel Bookers advert as they only accept individuals with a student card and in case you check in after 12pm you will be charged an extra 10 Euros per person. (Although there is certainly night member of staff so I am not sure what the extra charge is for).

It is exactly what you expect for the cost all the complaints are unjust but you should bring a padlock for your bag all the same

Compare this hostel with other european affordable accomodations is far the best.
