This is definitly a (good) Hotel for the price of an Hostel. Clean and quit Rooms and extremely very good situated ! Close to the old city centre. It&'s really a hotel so don&'t expect any screaming party people.

The room is comparable to a hotel much more than a hostel. the old guy who stayed up during the night was very very helpful eventhough he didn&'t speak nor understand english.

This hostel was amazing. My friends and I booked the 4 person suite. It was reasonably priced and really really nice. It appeared to be recently redone. The bathroom was clean, shower hot and we were given ample towels. The property owner even let us drop off our baggage way ahead of our scheduled check in. This hostel is not a far walk from shopping and restaurants, the beach is also really really close. Cab ride from bus station was about 8 euros i think which wasn't bad at all.

Hotel Alameda was within walking distance of almost all the main tourist sites in Malaga. It was also relatively effortless to get to the bus station and airport from the hotel. Staff were helpful and able to answer all questions we had about the area. We were worried they would not speak English but their English was sufficient for communicating accurate answers to our questions.
