The staff were very helpful, particularly the gentleman who spoke English. The room was pretty and quiet (the only noise came from the street below, but that disappeared when we closed the windows and wouldn&'t even have been that bad with them open at night), with a balcony looking towards the city. We were within a few mins walk of the old town of Salamanca and all of its attractions.

The location of the accomodation was excellent due to the fact you could walk to the centre of Salamca in about 5 minutes, it was also about a 10 minute walk to the coach station. The rooms were lovely and the staff were fantastic due to the fact they had lots of suggetions about which places one could pay a visit to and also places to eat out that were not too expensive.
