Great location close to each the old town and also the beach and across from a stunning park. The staff were extremely helpful and warm and friendly and took the time to give us great reccomendations for pintxos and things to see. The atmosphere in the hostel is enjoyable and warm and friendly and its straightforward to create friends. The rooms were nice, bath rooms clean and no cost breakfast and wireless were a great bonus. Overall, an amazing value for the price and I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay at Urban Home - the location is second to none, on a stunning central plaza just a few minutes from everywhere you could want to go. The rooms were basic but completely functional, but what really set it apart was the staff - the lovely woman at reception (the owner) was a mine of useful, interesting information and she couldn&'t have been a lot more helpful whenever we asked her for tips, suggestions and suggestions. Good sized rooms. The kitchen was adequate. The relax out area was extremely nice. The location of the hostel was super, smack bang inside the middle of town, three minutes to the beach and all of the bus stops and restaurants were on the door step. The employees were amazingly friendly, all multilingual and had great travel tips. They make you feel right at home!

This hostel is superb. It has everything a person travelling could possibly wish for. A cooking area and area to cook in, free internet access through the computers available, great free breakfast, ideal location near to old town, beach and nuevo paseo, exceptionally warm and friendly staff, really great cost and value for money. its just got everything.

Sabrina and Josh are wonderful - friendly, helpful and a delight to greet throughout the day. It truly is the staff who make a hostel a wonderful place, and they were just wonderful. offered minor Spanish tutoring, invited you to go out to dinner and drinks, and told you the highest places to go. The location is fantastic, and the fact that the hostel is run in an old building, with the rooms being within old apartment sectors just adds a touch of authenticity to your stay in San Sebastian. It&s beautiful.
